VACATURE DETAILS
The controller has a strong position in the management team Services. Together with the Director they will manage the business line based on their expertise and functional experience. The controller’s approach will be based on sound financial information and analysis, knowledge of the business and the organization and a clear judgement of opportunities, risk and return on investment.
- As a member of the management team Services the controller has a strong involvement in designing the corporate strategy and the implementation of processes within the business line Services
- Runs the business line as the second/equal to the Director Services
- Has an independent view on the processes, activities, transactions and strategy of business line services
- Develops and execute financial and control procedures tailored to the business of business line services
- Ensures the adequateness and efficiency of (financial) processes
- Supports the Director Services in the execution of the business strategy
- Manages risk, return and working capital
- Executes control on projects, both in the offer and execution phase
- Organises and supports budget, planning and forecast processes, ensures reliable forecasting
- Develops, improves management information supporting the realisation of plan and strategy
- Supports the transition and integration of two businesses/legal entities and systems into one
- Monitors compliance to processes and controls at the business line level
- Enforces cost control and efficiency
- Initiate and coordinate IT improvements
