AfdelingThe department Dealer Development is responsible for developing the dealer network for DAF.
This department ensures a worldwide coverage of DAF dealers who provide excellent quality.
Within this department we have an opening for a Dealer MBA Consultant.FunctieomschrijvingAs our Dealer MBA Consultant you are the focal point for dealer management consultancy and the coordination of the various people and activities to ensure that DAF Dealers are fully capable of achieving DAF business goals.
The MBA programme is a suite of training and consulting activities designed to assist DAF business partners to improve their businesses by defining their strategy and developing plans to implement it.
You are responsible for:
the development and implementation of dealer consultancy programs (MBA and others) based on the individual needs of the specific dealers visiting new and existing dealerships to evaluate support and enhance dealer principal management practices exchanging of best-practice information between dealers to enhance the dealer network and improve performance determine the specific areas that should be targeted for training of dealer candidates conducting training and consulting as necessary closely communicating and coordinating with DAF business managers within the European and worldwide market place. You report to our Manager Dealer Development.FunctieprofielYou are educated on an academic level, preferably business administration, finance or marketing and have at least 10 years of commercial working experience in a Dealership or closely allied environment.
You have the ability to interact with Dealer Principals and others at a high level. Experience in designing and conducting training in a dealer network environment is highly desired.
To perform well in this job you have proven presentation skills and you need to be able to communicate fluently in English and Dutch and at least one other modern language.
You are willing to travel up to 60% of the time.
